These TERMS & CONDITIONS are agreed upon by purchasing (irrespective of online or at the event) or owning a ticket for an event that is run by BERLIN CALLING EVENTS

Note: These are additional to the Terms and Conditions that appear on your ticket for each respective event.

1. All attendees must carry a ticket to gain entry to the event. Consider printing the ticket.

2. Tickets are not transferable except with the prior arrangement with the organiser.

3. Name changes have to be made two days prior to the event day for them to be valid.

4. Tickets must be purchased online via berlincalling.com.au for a ticket to be valid.

5.  Tickets are not refundable except reasonable cause and/ or prior arrangement with the organiser.

6.  Line-ups can vary according to individual performers available, this shall not be a valid reason for a refund.

7. Ticket holder grants the organisations and its associates the rights to use any photographs, videos or other media taken of the ticket holder during the event for promotional and marketing purposes.

8.  All attendees agree to be in reasonable health and medically fit to attend all activities. Due to the nature of our events, high intensity lighting and music come with an epilepsy warning and are therefore not responsible for mental health issues which attendees might suffer from attending our event.

9.  The attendee agrees to not bring illegal substances. They assume knowledge to consume alcohol responsibly and to refrain from using illegal substances.

10.  Ticket holder releases the event organisers and its associates from any liability in regards of any personal injuries during the event and/or while participating in the related activities.

11. Ticket holder must be over the age of 18, if any suspicion of a minor exists they must prove their age and any minors attending will be immediately removed from the events grounds.

12.  Proof of age through a photo id is required when requested by event organisers and/ or its associates.

13. Driving from and to our events must be done responsibly and lawfully. We encourage all attendees to rest after the event prior to commencing their journey back home. Please consider camping to ensure a full sleep before driving.

14.  The organisers, land owners and/ or security services have the absolute the right in their sole discretion to refuse or permit you access or entry to the premises or to remove the attendee from the location with reason.

15.  You have taken or had the opportunity to take independent legal advice as to the nature, effect and extent of any agreement.

16. Berlin Calling Events holds the right to amend or contribute to their terms & conditions in the future.
